Firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers, nurses, service members and veterans carry things most people never see. Therapy can be a place to set some of it down, with someone who gets the culture and won’t flinch.
Our whole team is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly and uses a harm-reduction approach.
