If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. In cases where appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled within this timeframe, a late cancellation or no-show fee of $100 will be applied.

It’s important to note that this fee is independent of any insurance coverage or sliding scale fees you may have arranged with us.
