How virtual EMDR works
Sessions happen over secure video. Dr. Becker will walk you through ways to do the back-and-forth (bilateral) part of EMDR that work over video, such as self-tapping, and you choose what feels right.
What to expect
We go at your pace. Early sessions focus on building trust, understanding your history, and making sure you feel safe and grounded before deeper work. Learn more about EMDR therapy at Born to Bend.
