Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) at Born to Bend Mental Health & Wellness. I provide therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults navigating neurodiversity through both in-person and virtual sessions. My approach is centered on understanding your unique goals and interests, helping us build a structure that focuses and grounds you.
My therapeutic approach includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you understand your values and goals, enhance emotional awareness and flexibility, strengthen executive functioning skills and develop personalized coping mechanisms. We will explore strategies that align with your personality, including breathing exercises, physical movement, guided meditation, hobbies, or connecting with nature.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can navigate the uncomfortable, the aspirational, and the realistic together. With kindness—and some humor when the time calls for it—I aim to help you understand who you are, where you are now, and what you want for your future.
I have specialized in working with neurodiverse clients since 2020. As an avid outdoors person with a background in nature-based therapy, I understand how integral movement and nature are to daily well-being, and I incorporate these elements into my work when beneficial.
I’m excited to collaborate with you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery!
