Hi! I am honored to be the founder of Born to Bend Mental Health and Wellness in Asheville and Hendersonville locations.

At Born to Bend Mental Health & Wellness, we offer a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, supported, and valued. Welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities, we tailor therapy to your unique needs. We integrate humor, warmth, and trust to create a therapeutic relationship where you can grow and heal.

This is a space where we use evidence-based strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges, guide you in building coping skills, processing emotions, and strengthening resilience.
