Cancellation Policy
We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and there may be instances when you’re unable to attend a scheduled appointment due to emergencies or unforeseen events. In such circumstances, we strive to maintain flexibility and understanding. However, to ensure fairness to all our clients and to effectively manage our scheduling, we have established a policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. In cases where appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled within this timeframe, a late cancellation or no-show fee of $100 will be applied.
It’s important to note that this fee is independent of any insurance coverage or sliding scale fees you may have arranged with us. Our commitment to providing quality care remains unwavering, and your adherence to this policy ensures the smooth operation of our practice while allowing us to continue serving our community effectively.
