Madison Kluttz

CLINICAL THERAPIST

Hello! My name is Madison and I am happy you have landed on my page.

Adolescence can be a time of rapid changes, big questions, and emotional ups and downs. I specialize in working with teens who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, school pressures, identity questions, neurodivergence, or just feeling “stuck.”

As a kid or young adult, sometimes it’s hard to feel prioritized, respected, or given the full time of day. This may lead to feeling misunderstood, un-trusting of your community, or not quite sure how to describe the thoughts in your head. Here is where I hope to step in. It’s my priority to hear you out, and help prioritize your needs.

My work often involves supporting families in understanding how relational and environmental dynamics contribute to emotional and behavioral patterns—and how they can shift to better support their child. My approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered theories.

I create a space where teens feel seen, heard, and empowered to develop greater self-awareness and build skills that help them thrive. I support young clients explore their strengths, face their fears, and build practical skills to manage emotions and relationships more effectively.

Whether your teen is struggling to manage big emotions, exploring their identity, feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures, or simply needs a safe place to sort things out, I’m here to help them (and you) move forward with clarity and confidence.

Here at Born to Bend Mental Health & Wellness we offer a safe, nonjudgemental environment. LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons of color, and others marginalized by society are welcome in my practice. You can expect to learn evidence-based skills to understand your experience.

Let this be the first step in advocating for yourself, once you’re here, I will support you in what comes next.
